Monday Motivation

I woke up this morning and scrolled through my twitter feed and saw a really great article (in my opinion) about gratitude and how it improves everyday life for us. I actually do some of the items on the list and plan to do even more.

Give the article a look, 5 Simple Ways to Express Gratitude Everyday. My fave one on the list is #1 because it literally helps you get into a state of abundance whenever you write what you're thankful for. I started mine about four months ago and it really is a great gratitude tool. If you like -->adopt some of the methods and tell me which ones you currently use!
