Natural Elements: Open Spaces

Happy Monday!

Meiling, London Fashion Show
Natural design elements, whether in fabrics or furnishings, are welcomed when it comes to Caribbean design.
This gorgeous top and flowing skirt look so natural on the model because of the fabric used. The fun movement of the skirt grabs your attention and I think the natural color of the outfit allows the natural beauty of the person wearing it to stand out.

So, in keeping with this natural theme, lets look at some cool open spaces I found on Pinterest with natural elements. Enjoy!

Ani Villas, Anguilla
How cool are those chairs (above) made out of wood?! I love the openness that the space possesses and also that the space isn't crowded by lots and lots of 'stuff '. It's just enough for a relaxing place to read a book or to gaze at the gorgeous scenery.

Open Kitchen
The kitchen above was created with dark cement and steel for a modern interior look, but the space really can't be described as dark because of the amount of natural light beaming in by the huge glass curtain walls.
This space is very different from other modern kitchens.

Viceroy, Anguilla
